Maverick Launches In Benelux

Maverick is one of Europe's best respected specialist AV distributors. As part of its growth programme to cover all major countries it has now opened for business in Benelux.
Since 1992 Maverick has been a focused trade only distributor of a wide range of AV products, it has built its reputation on offering high levels of customer service combined with strong stock availability and competitive pricing. In 2007 Maverick was acquired by Tech Data Inc (Europe's largest technology distributor)

Evy Remory, Business Development Maverick in Benelux, describes this as an exciting opportunity for Maverick's customers and vendors. "At Maverick we have recruited a strong specialist team to focus on delivering a world class set of products to our customers, we also have our projector lamp division ‘Hotlamps' which offers the best stock levels in Europe. Our mission is to offer resellers a high level of specialist customer service combined with world class logistics and great credit services".
Maverick sells the widest range of top AV brands including Samsung, Epson, BenQ, NEC, Smart, Vogels, ..... In addition it will soon be launching the Vision range of installation accessories.

Over the coming months Maverick will be launching a number of customer initiatives and marketing programs designed to increase opportunities for its customers. Evy Remory comments "It is essential that we add value for our customers, this will involve designing promotions, events and support plans to help reseller's grow their business. We are also in a unique position to help resellers with the whole range of AV and IT products required in a standard installation".

EPSON is the world leading manufacturer of projectors and started the AV distribution partnership with Tech Data in the Benelux area back in 2007.
Reason for this step was both the broadline advantages TD gave us with all logistical, marketing and it-channel knowledge inhouse as well as the future strategy to invest in 'new' technology, specialised markets and the AV-reseller market.

This decision is a mutual success and EPSON is also expecting a lot of further channel development into the vertical markets with entire solution offering via TD and both the traditional and AV reseller resources.
